4.1. The Win A Builder Website is free, and we do not charge for access, however you may pay to enter our various competitions

5. Website Eligibility
Our Website is only available for users in the United Kingdom. We are currently, mainly directed to people in England, Scotland and Wales. We would not attest to our content being appropriate for those in other locations as we do not currently offer services any other areas. Although this is subject to change.

6.1. Any information such as usernames, codes, passwords, identity numbers or any other relevant identifying information that may identify you as the account holder must be treated as confidential and you must NOT disclose this information to any third party.

7. Our Responsibility
7.1. In the event of loss or damage suffered by you, we do not limit or exclude our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
7.2. We do our utmost to vet our trades and suppliers by confirming insurances and registrations to check everything is in place when they registered and renew with us, however it is upon you to satisfy yourself that these are in place and acceptable at the planning meeting of your Prize installation.
7.3. We accept no liability for damages to properties, personal injury or anything else caused by accident, the negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation of any of our trades, suppliers or subcontractors. It is important you do your own checks before signing your planning meeting paperwork to satisfy yourself that you are happy the trade or supplier in question has the right level of cover for the requirement of installation of any construction Prize.

7.6. As a competition’s account registered user, you are made aware the competitions parts of our Website are only provided for your domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Website as a competitions account registered user for any commercial or business purposes, you also agree we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
7.7. By registering and using our Website as a trade or supplier registered account holder you agree that we have no liability to you or your business for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
7.8. We may not be held responsible for any viruses and accept no liability for any such thing. We offer no guarantee that our Website or any of our channels are free from bugs, viruses or malicious software of any kind. Although we will endeavour to remain bug and virus free.
